Late in 2014 RMTA completed a 21,500 square foot remodel of office space for Arrowhead General Insurance in Overland Park, Kan. The design team provided the company with an updated look and more functional space, addressing adjacency inefficiencies and providing a more effective program for the 150 employee office environment.
The interiors team also recently completed Cascoh’s (pictured) new 1,500 square foot office space in The Barney Building in Mission Woods, Kan. Next door, at 1900 Shawnee Mission Parkway where construction is still underway, RMTA has been selected to design the space for Wells Fargo Advisors who will be taking half of the second floor of the 67,000 square foot building. Construction at 1900 is anticipated to be completed by mid-summer.
Early in the year, RMTA was awarded a project with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, expanding on their existing parking garage.
